GoBox Logistics – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services provided by GoBox Logistics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our package forwarding, shipping, and delivery services.



2. Account Registration

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a GoBox Logistics account.


You are responsible for:


• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date

• All activities conducted under your account


GoBox Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.



3. Package Handling

GoBox Logistics provides package forwarding and delivery services for items shipped to our warehouse.


Customers agree that:


  • All shipments must comply with Jamaican import regulations and laws

  • Packages may be opened or inspected if required by customs or security procedures

  • GoBox Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or regulatory inspections



4. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship prohibited or restricted items through GoBox Logistics.


These include, but are not limited to:


  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Perishable items

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Any items prohibited under Jamaican law


GoBox Logistics reserves the right to refuse or dispose of any prohibited shipment.



5. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for:


  • Properly declaring the value and contents of shipments

  • Paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and regulatory fees


Packages valued over $100 USD may be subject to inspection and customs duties assessed by Jamaica Customs.


GoBox Logistics may charge additional service fees associated with customs processing or falsification of item values.



6. Service Charges and Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, shipment type, and applicable service charges.


Additional charges may include:


  • Customs processing fees

  • Storage fees for uncollected packages

  • Delivery fees

  • Handling charges for oversized or special items


All fees must be paid before packages are released or scheduled for delivery.



7. Delivery Services

Packages that arrive at our warehouse will be processed and updated in the customer dashboard.


Customers may schedule delivery for packages that have reached the appropriate status.


Delivery timelines may vary based on location, logistics scheduling, and operational factors.



8. Storage Policy

Packages may be stored for a limited time after arrival.


GoBox Logistics reserves the right to charge storage fees for packages that remain unclaimed beyond the designated storage period.


Packages that remain unclaimed for extended periods may be disposed of in accordance with company policy.



9. Loss or Damage

While GoBox Logistics takes reasonable care in handling shipments, we are not responsible for:


  • Damage caused by the original carrier or seller

  • Manufacturer defects or packaging issues

  • Delays caused by customs inspections


Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.



10. Limitation of Liability

GoBox Logistics’ liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the item, subject to verification and applicable claim procedures.


We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.



11. Service Interruptions

GoBox Logistics may suspend or modify services due to:


  • Operational requirements

  • Regulatory changes

  • Circumstances beyond our control


We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant service disruptions.



12. Changes to Terms

GoBox Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.


Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
